  • Do you offer TV Installation Services?
    Yes, we offer installation services for TVs. Our team of professionals will mount your TV, set up any necessary equipment, and ensure everything is working properly.
  • How long does a TV Installation take?
    The length of an installation depends on the complexity of the job. Our team will provide you with an estimate before starting work. For most jobs its approximately 1-2hrs.
  • I want a clean look, can you conceal the wiring and power cord for a Fireplace TV?
    YES, the majority of our customers choose to have the wiring concealed and have us install a powebridge for a clean look behind the TV and meet code.
  • What will the Installer do at my home?
    Complete a site survey upon arrival at your home. Explain the work to be performed, and discuss options available to you. Complete the installation, integrate your newly purchased components into your existing system and ensure that everything works correctly. Provide a tutorial on how to use your new devices/equipment.
  • What types of TVs do you Install?
    We can install any type of TV, including OLED, LED, LCD TV, HD TV, Smart TV, Art TV, QLED TV, Ultra 4K TV, Outdoor TVs, No Gap, Wallpaper TVs, Curved TVs, and Plasmas.
  • Will the heat from the fireplace harm the TV?
    NO, the exhaust gases are contained within the flue or exhaust pipe which is separated a good distance from the facia or front wall of the fireplace. By the time the gases reach the height of the TV they have already cooled and do not pose a heat threat.
  • Can I still use my Fireplace?
    YES, all Coastline TV Installs customers can still turn on, or use their fireplaces just as they did before.
  • Will mounting a TV above my fireplace, hurt or damage the fireplace itself?
    NO, Coastline TV Installs employs minimally invasive methods when mounting your TV to the wall-surface and our expert technicians never compromise the inner structure of your fireplace.
  • Can I schedule my installation on a Saturday or during the evening?
    Yes. We complete installations Monday through Sunday and during the evenings, doing our best to accommodate your schedules. We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Christmas and New Year. Every other date is available.
  • Can you install a TV mount that I already have?
    Yes, we can install a TV mount that you already have. Our team will inspect the mount to ensure that it is suitable for your TV and the installation location. If for any reason it's not compatible, we have a variety of High Quality TV Mounting brackets to choose from.
  • Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your installations?
    Yes, we offer a 5 warranty on our installations. If you experience any issues with your installation during this time, we will come back and fix the problem free of charge.
  • Do you offer any other services besides TV installation?
    Yes, we offer a range of other services related to home theater installation and setup, including soundbar installation, home theater wiring, and more. Please see our services page for more information.
